Arinella Bianca Eurocamp, Corsica – A Family Review 2026
Arinella Bianca Eurocamp – A Family Review 2026
If you’ve been looking at Corsica for a family holiday, you’ve probably already seen the photos. Turquoise water, beautiful beaches, mountains and that slightly wild, untouched feel that makes it look a world away from your average European holiday destination.
We’d had Corsica on our list for years, so when we finally got the chance to visit, I was very excited to see whether it lived up to the pictures.
We stayed at Arinella Bianca with Eurocamp, a five-star campsite on the east coast of Corsica, and it turned out to be one of those places where you can genuinely have a holiday that works for everyone. The kids have pools, slides, clubs, sports and entertainment to keep them busy, while the adults have a beautiful beach, restaurants, a wellness area and plenty of opportunities to actually sit down for five minutes without being asked for a snack.
So, if you’re considering booking Arinella Bianca, here’s everything you need to know before you go.
Where is Arinella Bianca and how do you get there?
Arinella Bianca is on the east coast of Corsica, near Ghisonaccia. The closest airport listed by Eurocamp is Bastia, which is around 76km from the campsite. Bastia is also where the port is and it’s a really pretty area, so worth giving yourself time to explore if convenient.
If you’re flying to Corsica, I’d definitely look at car hire before booking your holiday, particularly if you want to explore beyond the campsite. Having a car gives you much more freedom to visit other parts of the island and means you’re not restricted to staying on site for the whole trip.
One thing to be aware of when planning your journeys is that Corsica is a mountainous island, so driving times can be longer than the distance on a map might suggest. The roads can be winding, particularly when you’re heading inland, so it’s worth allowing plenty of time rather than assuming a journey will take the same amount of time as it would at home.
That said, you absolutely don’t need a car to make the most of Arinella Bianca itself. There is so much to do at the campsite, and with the beach, pools, restaurants and activities all on your doorstep, you can easily have days where you don’t go anywhere at all.
If you do hire a car, I’d resist the temptation to plan a different day trip for every day of your holiday. Corsica is beautiful and definitely worth exploring, but you’ll probably want some lazy pool-and-beach days too.
What is Arinella Bianca like?
For us, the biggest selling point was the combination of beach, pools and family facilities all in one place. There are two aquatic areas, waterslides, children’s facilities, sports, kids’ clubs and evening entertainment, but there is also an adults-only wellness area and direct access to the beach.
That combination makes a big difference when you’re travelling with children. You don’t necessarily have to spend the entire day entertaining them because there are plenty of things for them to get on with independently, while you can still have some time to yourself.
We even made use of the kids’ club so we could head to the adults-only wellness area for some child-free time, which I would highly recommend if you’re staying during a period when both are operating. And honestly, sometimes a family holiday needs a little bit of that.
Arinella Bianca accommodation
We stayed in a three-bedroom Ultimate Bungalow, which worked really well for us. It had a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as air conditioning. Having three separate bedrooms meant we didn’t have to turn the living area into a bedroom every night, and the two bathrooms were particularly useful with the kids.
If you’re travelling as a family, I’d definitely pay attention to the actual layout of the accommodation rather than simply choosing based on the accommodation name or price. For us, having separate bedrooms and two bathrooms made family life much easier.
There are also different accommodation options available at Arinella Bianca, including lower-priced options, so it’s worth comparing what’s available for your dates before booking.
One practical thing to check carefully is what is included with your accommodation. In our bungalow, the beds weren’t made up, so make sure you check the details around linen and towels before you travel rather than assuming everything will be provided.
Arinella Bianca pool areas
If your children judge a holiday entirely on the quality of the swimming pool, you’re probably going to get a thumbs up here.
There are two aquatic areas with family pools, slides, a toddler pool and splash area, plus a more relaxed lagoon-style area. There’s a nice mix for different ages, so younger children have somewhere to splash around while older kids can make use of the slides and larger pools.
But for me, the real winner is what is immediately next to the pool… the beach (more on that next).
Tip: One thing I’d make sure you know before you go is that loose swimming shorts aren’t permitted in the pools. If your children normally wear baggy swimming shorts, make sure you pack close-fitting swimming trunks instead. It’s a small thing, but it’s exactly the sort of information that’s useful to know before you’re standing at the pool entrance with a child who’s already desperate to get in.
Arinella Bianca beach
The beach is directly accessible from the campsite, which makes life with children considerably easier. You know how it goes. You decide you’re going to the beach and suddenly you’re carrying towels, bags, drinks, snacks, inflatables, sun cream and approximately half your house.
Having the beach right beside the campsite means you don’t need to load everyone into the car and drive somewhere every time you fancy a swim in the sea. The water was crystal clear when we visited and it was one of my favourite parts of the whole stay.
We could spend some time around the pool, wander down to the sea for a swim and then head back to the pool when the kids decided they wanted the slides again. It’s particularly handy if you’ve got children who don’t agree on whether a holiday should involve a swimming pool or the beach. At Arinella Bianca, you can have both.
Food and restaurants at Arinella Bianca
One of the things I liked about Arinella Bianca was that you’ve got plenty of options when it comes to food, so you’re not tied to eating out for every meal. There’s a traditional restaurant serving fresh and local produce, including Corsican specialities, meat and fish, as well as wood-fired pizzas. If you’re planning to eat there in the evening, reservations are strongly recommended, particularly during busier periods.
For something more casual, there’s a snack bar with continuous service from lunchtime into the evening, offering things like sandwiches, panini, salads, burgers, pancakes and waffles, with food available to eat on the terrace or take away. There’s also a bar serving drinks, coffees, granita and ice creams, plus an ice cream parlour during high season. That’s really handy with children because you can grab something quick without having to sit down for a full meal every time.
There’s also a convenience store on site selling fresh, chilled and frozen food, everyday essentials and a selection of regional Corsican products. Fresh bread and pastries are baked on site every morning, which is exactly the sort of thing we took advantage of for breakfast. Having the shop on site means you can pick up bits and pieces without having to leave the campsite, while the fully equipped kitchens in the accommodation give you the option of preparing your own meals if you’re trying to keep the holiday budget under control.
For us, that mix worked really well. You can have a proper meal at the restaurant when you fancy it, grab something quick from the snack bar after a day by the pool, or simply pick up bread, pastries and ingredients from the shop and eat back at your accommodation. When you’re travelling with children, having that flexibility can make a big difference, particularly when everyone is tired, hungry and nobody can agree where they want to eat!
Arinella Bianca kids’ clubs
The kids’ club was another big plus for us. During the main season, there’s a kids’ club for children aged 5 to 12, with activities including crafts, games and sports. There are also activities for teenagers during the busier summer months.
I’d recommend checking what’s actually running for your dates before booking if the kids’ club is an important part of your holiday plans, as some activities and facilities are seasonal.
Outside of the kids’ club, there’s a playground and a good selection of sports, including football, basketball, tennis, volleyball and table tennis. So even if your children eventually get bored of the pool, apparently this is possible, there are other things for them to do.
Adults-only wellness area
This was probably one of the things that surprised me most about Arinella Bianca. It’s a family campsite, but there’s also an adults-only Balneo area for over-18s, with heated relaxation pools, whirlpool features, water jets, waterfalls and sun loungers. It’s open from 10am until 7pm in low season and until 8pm in high season, so it’s a really nice option when you want a bit of peace and quiet away from the main pool areas.
There’s also a separate spa where you can book massages and treatments, with a hammam and other wellness facilities. The campsite doesn’t currently publish a standard price for Eurocamp guests for the Balneo area, so I’d check the current price when booking rather than assuming it’s included. The €5 daily price you may see online is specifically listed for ACSI customers, not as a general admission price.
We took advantage of the kids’ club for Leo and left Luca with my dad to head over to the wellness area for some time to ourselves. And I don’t think you need me to explain why that was appreciated. Being able to sit in a heated pool in peace for a while when you’re on a family holiday is honestly a pretty good perk.
Arinella Bianca Evening entertainment
There is evening entertainment during the main season, including shows, live music, children’s discos and karaoke.
We liked that there were options if we wanted something to do in the evening, but we didn’t feel as though we had to take part in organised entertainment every night. You can head out for the evening, stay around the campsite or simply have a quieter night back at your accommodation.
That flexibility is always a bonus with children, particularly when you’ve got younger ones who are ready for bed before the evening has even started.
Places to visit near Arinella Bianca
Although there’s plenty to do on site, I’d definitely recommend getting out and seeing some of Corsica if you have a hire car. The island is absolutely beautiful and the scenery changes so much once you leave the coast and start heading towards the mountains.
Ghisonaccia
Ghisonaccia is around 5km from Arinella Bianca, so it’s an easy option when you fancy getting off site without committing to a full day out. It’s handy for picking up supplies, having a wander or heading to nearby Pinia Beach, a long sandy stretch backed by pine forest. For families, it’s a good low-effort option when you want a change of scenery without spending hours in the car.
Aléria
Around 20km from Arinella Bianca, Aléria is a good choice if you want a break from beaches and swimming pools. The ancient archaeological site includes Roman ruins and there’s a museum at Fort Matra displaying artefacts found during excavations. It’s a nice option for older children who enjoy history, or for a day when you fancy doing something a little different, without travelling too far from the campsite.
Solenzara and the Bavella mountains
Around half an hour from Arinella Bianca, Solenzara gives you the chance to see a completely different side of Corsica, with dramatic mountain scenery and natural river swimming spots. Families who enjoy being outdoors can explore the area, have a swim in the natural pools or, for older children, look into activities such as canyoning. Just remember that natural swimming spots aren’t supervised pools, so check conditions and suitability before visiting.
Porto-Vecchio
Porto-Vecchio is further south and is best treated as a full-day trip. You can explore the historic old town and Genoese citadel, stop for lunch or an ice cream, then head to one of the area’s beautiful beaches for a swim. It’s a great family option because you can mix a little sightseeing with plenty of things the kids will actually enjoy, rather than spending the entire day dragging them around historical sites.
Bonifacio
Bonifacio is further south again and definitely worth allowing a full day for. The medieval citadel sits dramatically above the sea, and families can explore the old town, take the tourist train if younger children don’t fancy the walking, or head out on a boat trip to see the cliffs and sea caves from the water. Add in some beach time and you’ve got a brilliant day out that gives you a real taste of southern Corsica.
Things to know before booking Arinella Bianca
If you’re considering booking, there are a few things I’d have on my list before committing.
- Check what’s seasonal. Kids’ clubs, teenage activities and evening entertainment can vary depending on the time of year, so check what’s operating for your specific dates.
- Check the accommodation details carefully. Don’t just look at the number of bedrooms. Check bathrooms, air conditioning, linen, towels and the actual layout so you know exactly what you’re getting.
- Don’t forget about the swimming pool rules. Loose swimming shorts aren’t allowed, so make sure anyone who needs them has close-fitting swimming trunks.
- If you want to explore more of Corsica, think about hiring a car. You can enjoy the campsite without one, but having a car gives you much more freedom to explore the island.
- It’s also worth remembering that driving times can be longer than they look on a map because of the island’s mountainous roads.
- Finally, don’t over-plan your holiday. There is enough to do on site that you don’t need to leave every day. We’d definitely recommend allowing some proper pool-and-beach days too.
Our overall thoughts on Arinella Bianca
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Arinella Bianca. What stood out most was how easy it made family life feel while still giving us the chance to enjoy the holiday too. There was plenty for the children to do, from the pools and slides to the kids’ club, sports and evening entertainment, but we never felt like the whole holiday revolved around keeping them entertained.
Having the beach right next to the pool was a huge bonus for us. We could spend the morning by the pool, wander down to the sea for a swim and head back whenever we fancied, without having to pack up the car every time we wanted to change location. The adults-only wellness area was another lovely addition, particularly when we could make use of the kids’ club and have some proper time to ourselves.
We were also really happy with our three-bedroom Ultimate Bungalow. Having plenty of space and two bathrooms made a noticeable difference, particularly when getting everyone ready in the morning or back from the pool at the end of the day. And then there were the fresh pastries from the mini-market, which I’m still thinking about.
For us, Arinella Bianca offered a really good balance between a family campsite holiday and actually getting to experience Corsica. You can spend your days by the pool and beach without ever needing to leave, but if you hire a car, there are also some beautiful parts of the island within reach.
Corsica had been on our wish list for years and I’m so glad we finally made it. If you’re looking for a family holiday that gives you plenty of time to relax, lots for the kids to do and the opportunity to explore somewhere genuinely beautiful, Arinella Bianca is definitely worth considering.

Taking your child to a festival is such a great family experience. Most festivals are about celebrating music, arts, dance, diversity and so many wonderful things that children need to be exposed to.
With opportunities to learn about different genres of music, have instrument lessons, make crafts, watch theatre, learn circus skills, meet people from all walks of life and spend some quality time together as a fam - why wouldn’t you 👀😍 Many festivals have dedicated family camping fields, which usually have the best facilities. Many have specific kids fields with endless activities for them to enjoy. We are heading to our second festival of the summer in a few weeks time 🙌🏻

So many of you say you’re nervous about the toilets at festivals… but should you be?!
It depends. I have seen some absolute devastating scenes in the long drops, but sometimes you come across a decent one. The busier the area is, the worse they get. Look for toilets in the quieter areas, and if you’ve got kids head to wicket ground family camping for the best loos on site!

The price of the food though 🫣
This festival is not cheap. It is one of our favourite things we do each year so we take the hit, but we probably spent around £500 whilst there across our family of three, which honestly could have been much more.. we bring a stove, kettle, coffee and cereal to save money on breakfast. You can buy fresh milk on site. Bringing our own spirits saved a lot of money on alcoholic drinks. We brought a lot of snacks for Leo to keep him full longer and not demanding £6.50 smoothies 😅
Did you go this year?! What did you think of the food?!
